Our Mobility and Recovery assessment focuses on improving flexibility, reducing muscle tightness, and keeping your body in top shape. With techniques like foam rolling, dynamic stretching, and mobility drills, these sessions help prevent injury, improve range of motion, and keep you feeling strong and healthy. It’s the perfect complement to your regular training. You will receive a 1 hour session with a 6 week protocol developed for you personally, with an assessment after the 6 weeks.
